Code of Ethics

1. You must be 18+ years old to participate in readings and other services.

2. All readings are 100% confidential.

3. The client is responsible for his own decisions and actions. I accept no legal responsibility for the consequences of actions or decisions by the client based on my readings.

4. Your credit card billing information must be accurate and match our system in order to receive said services.

5. My readings are meant to give insights and advice, not to predict a fixed future. If a reading contains predictive elements they can only be regarded as guidelines. I make no guarantees.

6. I will not answer questions in regards to health related issues and questions of someone dying including life and death situations or the lotto.

7. Do not ask questions inwhich you really don't want to know the answer(s).

8. Inaccurate information will most likely produce inaccurate readings. I accept no responsibility for this.

9. When dealing with possible outcomes, the outcome is based upon clients’ current thoughts and actions. If they change their thoughts or actions (knowingly or unknowingly) then the outcome may also change. Understand that the future is never "fixed".

10. We reserve the right to terminate a reading if the customer becomes disrespectful to us as a person or to our profession. There will not be a refund under these circumstances.

11. Readings are not a substitute for appropriate psychological assistance. For those who are suffering severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or other ailments, please contact Professional Medical and/or Psychological Services in your area.

12. All services are non-refundable. If you cancel or do not call upon agreed time of appointment for said scheduled reading, upon request you may re-schedule by emailing in a feedback form on the feedback page. The request must be made in writing. (one time courtesy only). A second option would be to email your feedback for re-scheduling acceptance.

13. All in-person readings; including groups and parties, must be paid in full, seven days in advance. Travel cost may be included; please call for details.

14. All appointments are acknowledged upon payment within 24 hours of scheduled consultation.

15. Rates, links, locations, memberships, policies, etc. are subject to change without notice.

Clients alone are solely responsibility for any decisions they take based on the information provided.

It is recommended that clients see physicians or licensed healthcare professionals for physical or psychological ailments.

Cancellation Policy:
Once your appointment has been confirmed, it is important that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged in full.
